VOCATIONAL TRAINING
We inform you that on 20.01-28.01.2025 there will be a vocational training - "Hotel service employee" for 5 people.
On 20.01-31.01.2025 there will be a vocational training - "Car painter" for 5 people.
The vocational training will end with an exam.

WE ARE STARTING RECRUITMENT FOR THE PROJECT "YOUNG EXPLORERS: INTERNSHIP FOREIGN FOR COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT"
The project is aimed at 20 young people aged 18-29, unemployed, registered at the District Labour Office in Lublin, living in the Lublin district – rural areas, belonging to the NEET category, including people who are in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market.
in particular we invite:
-
women,
-
people with disabilities,
-
long-term unemployed,
-
people at risk of poverty and social exclusion,
-
people from third countries and of foreign origin.​
Persons interested in participating in the project are invited to familiarize themselves with the conditions of participation, the activities offered as part of the project and the recruitment rules. We will soon post the regulations and the application form on our website.

"YOUNG EXPLORERS"

The project "Young Explorers: Internships Abroad for the Development of Competencies" is implemented by the EUROPEAN MEETING CENTRE - NOWY STAW FOUNDATION in partnership with the DISTRICT LABOUR OFFICE IN LUBLIN and the Portuguese company EDU-PLUS. The project is co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus
Project value: PLN 1,409,636.16,
including co-financing from the European Social Fund Plus in the amount of PLN 1,198,190.62

The project will be implemented in the period
from 01.09.2024 to 30.09.2025.
PROJECT OBJECTIVES
The main objective of the project is the professional activation of 20 young people aged 18-29 belonging to the NEET category, unemployed registered with the Employment Office, living in rural areas of the Lublin district, including people in a particularly difficult situation on the labor market, from the Lublin district until 30.09.2025.
Including at least 10 women through:
-
psychological and social preparation of participants (IPD, individual mentoring, social competence workshops),
-
linguistic, cultural and professional preparation (Portuguese language course, training - cultural preparation, professional training),
-
professional internship abroad (3-month professional internship in Portugal, mentoring of Portuguese mentors, mentoring of Polish mentors in Portugal, Portuguese language course)
-
and follow-up activities (mentoring after returning from the internship, job placement).

RECRUITMENT
All persons interested in participating in the project are invited to submit recruitment documents!
Recruitment for the first group
will take place from 01.09.2024 to 30.09.2024
or until the required number of Participants/Project checks is obtained.
Recruitment for the second group
will take place from 1.10.2024 to 31.01.2025
or until the required number of Participants/Project checks is obtained

WE PROVIDE PARTICIPANTS

in the case of stationary classes lasting at least 6 teaching hours per day - meals during training,

certificate of completion of vocational training,

insurance during the project,

personal accident insurance during the foreign internship,

training and internship scholarship,

transport to Portugal there and back,

accommodation in Portugal,
-
meals in Portugal,

travel to the internship locations in Portugal.

The project will result in:

16 Project Participants (8 women, 8 men) who will gain qualifications after leaving the project,
-
6 Project Participants (3 women, 3 men) who will take up employment, including self-employment, after leaving the project.
