Generation Talks
A project that connects generations
About the project
Generation Talks is a new project by the My Future Foundation, implemented in partnership with EduPlus in Portugal. Its goal is to foster dialogue between Gen Z (ages 18–27) and adults 40+ – to better understand, collaborate, and learn from each other.
The project will create Generation Talks conversation cards – a tool based on research and adult education methods that will help build empathy, develop soft skills, and strengthen competencies needed in the labor market. The tool will be tested in pilots in Poland and Portugal and then made available as free materials.
Why is it important? Research shows that generational differences hinder communication, collaboration, and coexistence in the world of work and education. Generation Talks addresses this need – in a practical, simple, and engaging way.
